Not a day past 80... errrr 85.33

I've always said that I don't want to live a day past 80.  I figure 80 years on this planet is a good stint of time -- especially if you make the most of those years.  Get on it and have no regrets.

Well, I came across this nifty Life Expectancy Calculator today, and it looks like I have nothing to worry about.  I'm right in the wheelhouse give or take a few years.  Here are my results:

    Life Expectancy: 85.33
    Lower Quartile : 77.57
    Median Lifetime: 87.76
    Upper Quartile : 95.82

Holy Fog

Went for a sunset run this evening only to experience fog soup.  Legs felt okay given thier lack of use over the past few months.

Change immediately. My focus will change to living my life -- the active outdoor life -- instead of fretting and stressing about work. I won't abandon work and it will remain a core part of my life, but I must get back to what drives me.  And that is... playing in the outdoors.  I won't abandon my computer or technology either.  I plan to use my blog as a digest for this change.  I simply need to tilt my priorities into a healthier direction.

Look at this pathetic sesh...
